RUSSIANS’ BACKS TO WALL. (Reed 0 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. Martin Donohoe.in the “Daily Chronicle,” reports that he witnessed the Austro-German attach on Czernowitz. Two colKunns crossed the Sereth River in the Storanzynetz region and suffered appalling losses on Monday.
