TURK ASSAULTS A GREEK.
APOLOGY AND PUNISHMENT DEMANDED. ATHENS, Feb 14. A detective insulted a Greek naval attache openly in the street at Pera, Turkey. M. Panas, the Minister, protested to the Grand Vizier who apologised. M. Panas referred the matter to the Greek Government, which has secured a premise of more ample public reparation, including the offender's dismissal, and the Prefect of Police's apology.
