DUTCH PROTESTS.
TO GERMAN RESTRICTIONS. (Reed 9.25 a.m.) HAGUE, Feb. 14. The Dutch Chamber cf Commerce has urged the Netherlands to act .on behalf of the 80,000 subjects in Belgium in connection with the unwarrantable interference with business and unnecessary restrictions on traffic The German Consul was indifferent to their grievances.
