HE WITHDRAWS FROM A THEATRE. (Reed 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, Feb 11. The “Evening News’ ” Hague correspondent states that the American Ambassador, his wife and staff, attended the theatre on Tuesday. They vero conversing in English during the interval. This caused a wild outcry f yelling and hooting. The explanation was given that they were Amerians, and that the Ambassador was oresent, but this only added to the turbulence. A man rising in the stalls Tied out, “Germans no longer have reason to show toleration to Americans,” to which there was wild applause. The Ambassador and his narty then withdrew.-
