RAPT WASHED ASHORE.
SUPPOSED FROM THE ENDEAVOUR. INVERCARGILL, Jan 18. A raft was washed ashore on the coast at Bluff Hill on Saturday. It appears to have been in the water for a month. Its beams are of Oregon and the decking or Red Pine. Its buoyancy was maintained by 18 benzidine tins, lashed underneath. It is suggested that it may have come from the missing Endeavour. A wire'ess encuiry is being made with the \lacqi\aries. ; .
