ENTERTAINMENTS.
THE MAORI BAND. On December the 19th another talent* ed company of Maori performers are tb, give a concert and musical melee in the Taihape Town Hall. From the programme, it is to some extent on the lines of that given by the famous Rotorua Maori Choir, and if it is anything like as entertaining the Taihape people are sure to give them a hearty welcome. It is a well-instructed- band from the Maori Agricultural College', at Hastings, and as the Maoris will be in charge of Mr. Johnston, the principal, tlie companay ought to be a well-organ-ised one.
