INSURANCE FRAUD

CONSPIRACY CHARGE FACED BY OFFICIALS CASE IN SYDNEY SYDNEY, Friday. The trial is proceeding of four officials of the Australian Federal Life and General Assurance Company, on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the policy-holders. The accused are Vivian Partridge, James Cochrane, Ralph Paul and Harry Roach. A fifth man, Albert Smith, was discharged from the case, there- 1 being no evidence to implicate him.
