EXEMPTION SOUGHT
PAYMENT OF DEATH DUTIES Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. A reserved judgment by Mr. Justice Ostler, was delivered this morning, in the case in which exemption was sought by T. C. List and H. G. Dickie, executors in the estate of Robert Bremer, from payment of death duties on amounts due as gift duty, hut not paid before death. The judge decided that the amount £1,361 was deductable.
