PASSENGERS FOR N.Z. ON INFECTED SHIP LINER AT SYDNEY Reed. 11.40 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. The liner Changte, which had smallpox aboard, has arrived in quarantine. Sixteen of the passengers were released. Most of the Chinese aboard are bound for New Zealand or the Islands. They will remain at the quarantine station for the full period of detention.
