MORE DRAINAGE WORK
NEWTON SCHOOL CULVERT
During a visit to Wellington thi» week arrangements were completed by Mr H. H. Watkins, engineer to the Auckland and Suburban Drainage. Board, for the construction of two further units in the storm-water drainage scheme- These additional schemes will include the construction of a culvert at Newton Central School. The cost of this work will be borne equally by the Eiiucat on Board, the City Coun- * cil and the Drainage Board.
