WINSTON CHURCHILL HELPS TO FILL HANSARD

The most talkative member of the House of Commons is Mr. Winston Churchill. A statistical record of the number of Hansard columns spoken from the front benches in the House reveals that he heads the list with 336 columns. Mr. W. Gra-
ham, President of the Board of Trade, fills 329 columns and Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister is third with 286 columns.
