Helensville.—Messrs. W. Downer, J. F. Lambert, junr.. A. G. Lowe, R. Screaton, C. S. West, J. IT. Williams, J. B. Edmonds, A. J. Roycroft and P. W. Taylor. Otorohanga.—Messrs. F. O. R. Phillips, R. Bell, G. Eassey, G. H. Boles, P. J. McNamara, H. Crosby. R. Green and V. L. Fairbrother. Mr. H. T. Gorton, the only Otorohanga candidate for the Waitomo Electric-Power Board was elected unopposed. Te Kauwhata.—Messrs. G. J. Bond, J. W. Keith, G. R. Pulham, A. G. Ryrie, junr., and F. T. Symes. Five vacancies*
