PUBLICATION OF EVIDENCE BANNED Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. An order forbidding publication of the evidence in a divorce case was made in the Supreme Court this morning, by Mr. Justice Adams, when Olga Raema Birdling proceeded against Harley Albert Birdling. Counsel said it was a proper case for the suppression of evidence. His Honour: In this case it is evident that in the interests of public morals, the evidence should not be published. I therefore make order under Section 55 of the Act. Reporters will understand that this is a very unusual order, lmt this happens to be a very unusual case.
