SCULLIN’S HEALTH IMPROVES
COLOMBO. Wednesday. Mr. Scullin is much improved in health. He was on the Orama’s deck for a few hours on Sunday, but rain confined him to his cabin on Mondav in an interview Mr. Scullin said an important aspect of his mission abroad was to show that Australia was solvent and prepared to nay every penny she owed. It was essential in the national interests that Australia’s Budget should be balanced. He appealed to all sections of the community to support the acting-Prime Minister. Mr. J. E. Fenton, and his colleagues.
