POINCARE ABOUT AGAIN
FIRST SPEECH IN PUBLIC SINCE ILLNESS MAY RETURN TO POLITICS PARIS, Sunday. M. Poincare, ex-Premier of France, today made his first speech in public since the severe illness, from which he has made such a splendid recovery. It is believed that possibly M. Poincare will return to politics. He is understood to be holding himself in readiness in view of the anticipated elevation of M. Briand to the Presidency next year.
