PARTNER WINS CLAIM
The Supreme Court action, in which Albert Oxenham, of Papakura, sought to recover £550 and interest against Robert Sommervilie Ijgrara, of Hunua, has been settled by,_ the plaintiff abandoning his claim for interest and accepting judgment for the principal sum only. The sum was claimed by Oxenham. who was formerly in partnership with the defeudant. in a farming venture at Hunua. and in which he invested more than £SOO.
