EPSOM BRANCH MEETS The monthly meeting of Epsom W.C.T.U. was held on Thursday afternoon, when Airs, Benfell presided over a good attendance of members and friends. A lull report of the year’s activities given by the secretary showed a. steady increase of interest in all departments of work. .An. interesting account of the work of the Loyal Temperance Legion was given by Aliss Al\ W. Fyfe. who stated that, two schools in the Mount Albert district were receiving instruction after school hours. Delegates were appointed to the W.C.T.U. district convention to be held at Mount Albert in September.
