BANKRUPTCY COURT

ADJUDICATIONS AND DISCHARGES Orders for adjudication as bankrupts were made by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court today against Maurice S. O'Connor, billiards room proprietor, of Auckland, and R. Rusden, cooper, of Newmarket, Auckland. Motions for the release of the following estates from the control of the official assignee were granted:—Hassell George De Forges Garland, deceased, sharebroker, of Auckland: Frederick Charles Hand, settler, of Manurewa; and William John Abbott, company promoter, formerly of Auckland and now of Sydney.
