MAN’S SERIOUS OFFENCE
TWO YEAR’S HARD LABOUR From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. John George Fitzpatrick, 22, found guilty of an attempted unnatural offence against a boy, was sentenced to two years’ hard labour by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court today. His Honour said he had taken into account the fact that prisoner was under the influence of liquor when the offence was committed.
