The directors recommend fie Payment of a dividend of 5 per cnt. on the amount of paid-up shares dt June 30, 1929. The directors retiring by rotation, -lessrs. h. Manuel and S. S. Fagan, ouer themselves for re-election. Mr. ~7 English is eligible and again offers ujs services as auditor.
