CONVICTION QUASHED
MEN WHO GOT 15 MONTHS FOR CONSPIRACY NEW TRIAL ORDERED SYDNEY, Monday. The Full Court today quashed the conviction of John Gunn and Allan Howden on a charge of conspiracy. The Court ordered a new trial. The two men had been sutenced to 15 months’ imprisonment on being convicted of conspiracy in connection with the Property Insurance Company, Limited.
