AIRCRAFT TREATIES
RECIPROCAL LICENCE PLAN FORMING IN AMERICA CANADA AND U.S.A. AGREE WASHINGTON, Thursday. The United States and Canada ha\e entered into a reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving the way for the granting of licences by each country to the airmen of the other country, and for permission for civil aircraft to enter the opposite territories. Each country will also be able to accept the certificates of airworthiness in connection with aircraft which enter either country in the form of merchandise. Drafts of similar arrangements have been proposed for submission to Britain, the Irish Free State, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
