MANLY MURDER VERDICT
MINISTER HAS PAPERS Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Minister of Deflence, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, has before him at present the papers from the Supreme Court dealing with the case of Herbert Frederick Manly, who was sentenced to death for murder, but s<* far the case has not been considered by Cabinet. It will come before Cabinet and the Executive Council in due course.
