MOTOR-CARS DAMAGED
COLLISION IN KHYBER PASS Two motor-cars were extensively damaged In a collision at the intersection of Khyber Pass Road and Park Road last evening. There were several passengers in one car, and the other contained two people. None of these, however, was injured. The car, owned and driven by Mr. W. Campton, of Old Mill Road, Grey Lynn, was travelling up Khyber Pass, and was about to enter Park Road, and the other, a lighter car, was travelling to-* ward Newmarket along Khyber Pass. The smaller vehicle was completely wrecked in front, the .parts affected being the radiator, bonnet, front axle, windscreen and steering wheel, the rim of which was wrenched from the spokes. The running-boards and mudguards on the off side of the other car were torn off, and the frame was twisted.
