SOCIAL AND DANCE AT SANDRINGHAM
ST. ALBANS DEBT EXTINCTION FUND A pleasant social and dance, arranged by the Sunday school teachers of St. Chad's, Sandringham, was held last Tuesday evening in the St. Albans parish ball. It was in aid of St. Albans debt extinction fund, and-the financial -result-was most gratifying. Music for dancing was supplied by Mr. Trevor Reeves and his dance band, and during the evening some very enjoyable items were contributed. Among those present were: Mrs. Hulse, who chose brown velvet relieved with lace; Mrs. C. Mead, flame crepe de chine; Mrs. A. E. Hamon, blue rayon; Mrs. G. Olsen, green velvet, trimmed with fur; Mrs. A. Lowry, flowered crepe de chine; Mrs. H. Giles, floral patterned crepe de chine; Mrs. R. M. Carter, old rose satin charmeuse; Mrs. A. G. Menzies, navy figured crepe de chine ftock; Mrs. Broadribb, in black velvet. Miss C. Warner, who chose black velvet with shell pink trimmings; Miss E. Leonard, royal blue crepe de chine, with flared skirt and uneven hera; Miss Kildare, apricot satin, with silver lace; Mrs. E. Goodwin, silver lame and lace; Miss M. Moseley, kingfisher blue satin beaute: Miss K. Williams, apple green satin, with purple and silver shoulder posies; Miss Olive Scandly, amber lac© frock; Miss D. Worthington, lemon and white polka dot crepo de chine; Miss E. Chamberlain, apricot celanese silk, with uneven anklelength hemline: Miss I. Williams, powder blue satin and pink relief: Miss A. Browne, jade and fawn crepe de chine. Miss X. Browne, floral georgette; Miss J. Parvin, sunset taffeta and silk net. Miss I. Hamlin, navy figured crepe ae chine; Miss Vera Blackwell, pale green beaded georgette; Miss M. Semadeni, pale pink jersey velour; Miss M. Hamon, an* force blue crepe de chine; Miss G. McMurtrie, almond green crepe de cnine. Miss Gladys Moore, cream georgette, witn diamente trimming; Miss Biggs, norai orepe de chine; Miss M. A. White, black silk; Miss X.
