PAPATOETOE BRANCH Mrs. i'\ li. Leonard presided over a large attendance o£ members of the Papatoetoe branch of the ' Women's Christian Temperance Union and their friends, at the monthly meeting held in the Papatoetoe Methodist Hall on Wednesday afternoon, when a very interesting and instructive address was delivered by the Rev. T. H. Eccersall on the power of prayer. OTAHDHD MEETING There was a large attendance at the monthly meeting of the Otahuhu brand] of the Women's Christian Temperance Union, held in St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Sunday School hall yesterday afternoon. Mrs. W. Redshaw delivered an interesting address on the League of Nations and what it is doing for worldwide peace.
