SATIN AND TULLE FROCK WORN WITH BRUSSELS NET VEIL

MAIDS IN PEACH PINK HUNTER—CHAPMAN Ivory satin beaute and tulle were chosen by Edna, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Chapman, of Dominion Road, Auckland, for her marriage to Arthur, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. G- Hunter, of Ellerslie, at St. Matthew's Church, last evening. The ceremony was performed by Canon C. H. Grant Cowen. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore her frock fashioned with an ankle-length skirt with a deep hem of tulle. Her veil of brussels net was arranged on the head with sprays of orange blossoms and she carried a bouquet of white flowers. Miss H. Dongville and Miss R. Goldberg© attended as bridesmaids wearing frocks in replica of peach georgette over satin with uneven hemline. Their hats were of lace straw and they carried bouquets to match their frocks. Mr. A. Atkinson canned out the duties of best man and Mr. A. Bullock was groomsman. A reception was held later at the Domain Tea Kiosk, which was attractively arranged with shaded pink flowers and maidenhair fern. Mrs. Chapman, mother of the bride, received the guests wearing a frock of beige silk marocain, with fox furs and beige felt hat. Mrs. Hunter was gowned in black crepe de chine and Chantilly lace, with furs and hat to match. .
