LONDON
“SLEEPING PARTNERS”
Delightful English humour is provided in “Sleeping Partners,” the entertaining French farce now at the London Theatre.
The picture is notable for the introduction to the talking screen of the well-known actor of the English stage, Seymour Hicks, who gives an amusing interpretation of the humorous side to philandering. The production sparkles with the drollest wit and abounds in ludicrously funny situations which are done full justice by capable players. Mr. Plicks makes Cull use of the many talents which first won him fame on the legitimate stage in the part of a wealthy bachelor with a professed love for the beautiful wife of a wayward and bearded Frenchman.
Bright talkie supports are also being shown.
