NOT PRESENT AT MEETING Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. A meeting of the creditors of W. Withers, of Wellington, a builder, was held this morning, but bankrupt did not put in an appearance nor forward any papers relating to his bankruptcy and the meeting lapsed. The official assignee is taking steps to ascertain the present whereabouts of bankrupt.
