Kronfeld presided over an attendance of 45 members. Mr. F. E. Sutherland gave an account of his experiences in Wellington while refereeing the final Test match between England and New Zealand
Mr. J. F. Potter read a paper on “Tho Appointment Board —Its Constitution and Difficulties,” while Mr. T. Jones gave an account of some of his impressions on the recent tour of New Zealand by tho British Rugby team.
