FRAUD ADMITTED

BARRISTER IN DOCK COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE Press Association GISBORXE, Today. Arising out of the action of the Gisborne Late Society in instructing a firm of accountants to make an audit of accused’s books, Robert George Gardiner Baiu, 26, barrister and solicitor, appeared before Mr. P. H. Harper, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, on one charge of failing to have his trust account' audited, and 20 charges of theft by fraud. All the charges were admitted and accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
