MORE IN WAIKATO Special to THE SUN HAMILTON, Friday. Various methods for improving the manufacture of cheese were discussed at a special meeting of representatives of cheese companies in the South Auckland district, held in Hamilton today. The meeting was convened by the South Auckland Hairy Association to confer with the director of the dairy division of the Department of Agriculture, Mr. W. M. Singleton. After considerable discussion the following resolution was passed: “That with a view to improving the quality of the cheese manufactured in this district, this meeting strongly recommends all associated companies to adopt a system of milk grading at the cheese factories and to make differential payments for the milk received/ 1
