ROXY

“MOUNTAIN JUSTICE” Ken Maynard, known as “The Action Kid,” makes a great success of nis latest picture, an all-talking allthrilling outdoor special, entitled, Mountain Justice,” and now at the Roxy Theatre. Otis Harlan and Kathryn Crawford appears with him. Into the heart of the Kentucky feud country he rode, alone and unafraid, bent upon bringing to justice his father’s murderer. He had them mystified, this deaf fiddler who was always smiling and who seemed so able to take care of himself, for they knew his quest was definite and he was not to be thwarted. He fought the lone fight, with only the beautiful girl member of the rival clan to help him. The Roxy’s programme also includes “Kid Gloves,” an exciting, fastmoving underworld story starring Conrad Nagel. There is also a Universal newsreel and talkie featurettes.
