RECEPTION TO PRESIDENT In the Lewis Eady Hall last evening a reception to the Rev. A. N. Scotter, president of the Methodist Conference, was tendered by the vice-president, Mr. A. Peak. Speeches were given by Mr. Fealy the Rev. E. Drake and the Rev. C. H. Laws, and Mr. Scotter spoke of the work being accomplished by the church. Music was given by Mr. A. Dunn’s orchestra, and items were given by Miss Jean Buttle, Miss Millie Peak, Miss Edna Peace, Miss L. Hendra, Miss Gladys Brooke, the Rev. J. 31. Haslam, the Rev. E. T. Olds and Mr. A. Don. _
