CLUBS’ BUSY WEEK

Next week will see the local trotting organisations busy. On Wednesday the Auckland Club will hold its annual meeting, at which a prominent feature will be the question of the merger. On Friday next, the Otahuhu Club will meet to receive the annual report and balance-sheet. As it seems certain the merger will be endorsed by the Auckland Club, Friday’s function should be the last of its kind for the suburban body.
