SINGING FIGHTER
DEALER’S NIGHT OUT The sound of Salvation Army music made Michael Connolly want to sing and fight. Connolly, a dealer, aged 66, pleaded guilty at the Police Court to being disorderly while drunk in Victoria Street last evening. According to a constable, Connolly had been attracted by the Salvation Army, which was holding a service in the street. “Accused was singing and shouting and wanted to fight everybody who asked him to be quiet,” said the constable. Mi’. Hunt: Fined £1 or three days.
