(CONSISTENCY with performer. is usually a good guide at three-day fixtures, and as the National trotting fixture terminates tomorrow, a few competitors which have been finishing consistently in a place should. all things being equal, have their chance of saluting the judge on the final day. In this direction can be mentioned IMPRINT, two seconds; GRANDLIGHT, two seconds; STEEL ALL, two seconds; ENGAGEMENT, second and third; FINAL McKINNEY, second and third. ERIN’S FORTUNE, with a firat and second, is another whose consistency may find her to the fore again, especially if her mission is the saddle heat.
