by reason of the burning of a building in which such subscriber resides. ACCIDENTS OF SPORT (9) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while such subscriber is engaged or competing as an amateur in any game or sport conducted under the jurisdiction of a duly constituted club or governing body, provided the subscriber is not taking part in horse-racing, motorcar racing, motor-cycle racing, bicycle racing or aviation. (f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request. (s') That the total liability In respect of arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which results in the death within thirty <3O) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the said sum of one thousand pounds ( £I,OOO > will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one accident or disaster, other than railway accidents, which results in the death within thirty davs of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pound* (£1,000). In the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (1) That no compensation shall be pa> - able for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another pe: son or riding upon a luggage or pillion - carrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity, war, riot, or civil commotion or for an Injury arising out of and in the course of his or her employment save as allowed in clauses 2 and 6 hereof. (k) That In the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (l) That the subscriber was not a. cripple at the date of registration. (m) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber. <n) THE SUN reserves the right i® amend or terminate this offer at teen davs* notice, such notice to be published in THE SUN.
