WRESTLING TONIGHT
KARA PASHA AND ALLEY Two superbly built athletes, trained to tho minute, will match their skill at tho Town Hall this evening, when Tom Alley and Kara Pasha will wrestle under the banner of the newly-formed Auckland Union. Both men have been in hard training for the match, and thrills in plenty can be expected. Both are exponents of the spectacular as well as scientific style of wrestling, and if the bout is anything nearly as good as the previous meeting in Wellington thcr<§ should not be a single dull moment. Pasha may be a little lighter than Alley, but he is reported to have the agility of a cat, and the Mormon will have to be at the height of his form to beat the Turk. An excellent programme of amateur preliminary bouts have been arranged, and as a great deal of time has been devoted to the organisation of the bout, which is the first to be promoted by tho union, it is expected that the evening will go without a hitch.
