EDUCATION REPORT

SECOND PART EXPECTED NEXT^JVEEK “REVOLUTIONAY CHANGES” THE SEN’S Parliamentary Reporter FARLIAMEXT BLDGS., Today. Before tomorrow week. It is expected, the second portion of the report of the Education Committee will be presented to the House and members of the committee are now working hard on the document which, contrary to the expectation that it would be nom-controversial, threatens to be even more revolutionary than the first report which dealt with the primary education system. The second part is devoted to higher education and its reorganisation on more practical lines than at present. University education also has received much attention and far-reach-ing changes are likely to be advocated. The report should have a mixed reception from those interested in education.
