R ECO YEP ED FY OWNER A daring thief succeeded in removing a motor-car from a at the rear of the Strand Hotel during the weekend. The car was re rove re i in the street nearby yesterday morning. Mr. Norman Cunningham, the licensee. left his car in a shed at the rear of the premises at 2 p.m. on Saturday, and when he went to get it shortly after eight o’clock yesterday morning the vehicle was missing. Later in the morning it was recovered about 200 yards away at the foot of Constitution Hill, the gearbox being damaged so that it could not be driven further.
