Upon that point a compromise was reached, namely, that the Commissioners should be limited to three. N.S.W. POOL SCHEME Reed. 10.10 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. The N.S.W. State Cabinet has decided that a ballot will be taken on September 20 of wheat growers on the question whether they favour a State compulsory wheat pool. The question of a State guarantee is not finalised.
