HALL ON FIRE
GOOD WORK BY BRIGADE From Our Own Corrcsyonden% - OPOTIKI, Friday. .Shortly before one o’clock this afternoon Mr. G. Reece noticed that the Salvation Army Hall was on fire. Owing to a fault in the alarm system there was some delay in calling the brigade. The brigade, however, responded promptly and extinguished the blaze. Only minor damage was done.
