CLOTHING ON FIRE
LITTLE GIRL INJURED From Our Own Correspondent WHANGAREI, Thursday. Painful injuries were suffered by Joyce French, the three-year-old daughter of. Mr. and Mrs. French, Lower Cameron Street, when her nightgown caught fire. She received severe burns on the legs and body. She was treated at the hospital yesterday and is expected to make a good recovery. Mrs. Brown, whose clothes caught fire on Wednesday, is still in a serious condition, but hope is now entertained for her recovery.
