BAGS OF CASH STOLEN FROM EXPRESS TRAIN
ROBBERS ACT QUICKLY CRIME IN AUSTRALIA United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 10.10 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Ten cash bags, which ars believed to contain about £4OO of £SOO, were stolen from the guard’s van of the Sydney-Cowra mail train at the small station of Stanfield, near Blayney. The theft occurred while the guard was absent attending to the signals, which he had to work himself.
