LADY MYERS IS GUEST AT AFTERNOON PARTY

LADY HERDMAN ENTERTAINS At the Tudor Tea Rooms yesterday. Lady llerdman gave an afternoon tea party in honour of Lady Myers, of Wellington, wife of the Chief Justice. Bowls of Iceland poppies and spring flowers were arranged on the tables. Lady llerdman received her guests wearing a frock of black moire with a black cloth coat trimmed with Persian lamb collar and cuff, and a closefitting hat. Miss Joyce llerdman. who assisted her mother, wore a frock of black moire silk relieved with beige and a marmot coat. Lady Myers chose a black ensemble with fox furs and. a wide-brimmed black felt hat. Among the guests were:—Lady Robertson, Lady Richardson, Lady Gunson.
