DANCE PARTY
BRIGHT EVENING AT MANGERE A gay party was held at the Oriental Rendezvous, Mangere, on Saturday evening, when Mr. G. Robertson and Mr. E. Mac Duff entertained a number of friends. The hostesses were Mrs. L. Robertson, wearing a frock of opalescent sequined georgette, and Mrs. E. MacDuff, in sunset taffeta and net. Among the guests were Mrs. C. F. Shore, in black velvet and spotted net; Mrs. Stevens, powder blue taffeta and sequin coat; Mrs. A. Wilson, black and gold sequin frock; Mrs. McLeod, floral ninon; Mrs. C. Brown, green shot taffeta and net; Mrs. Golding, gold lame and crimson georgette; Miss M. Forshaw, lilac taffeta; Miss N. Hedley, black satin beaute and diamente; Miss V. Wilson, floral ninon: Miss Arnold, beige lace over jade satin; Miss R. Montgomerie, black lace; Miss Ibbotson, pink georgete; Miss Montgomerie, rose pink georgette; Miss A. Ibbotson, eau de nil georgette.
