FOUR BULLETS FIRED AT CLOSE RANGE RUMANIAN SENSATION United P.A. —By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 11.45 a.m. BI'KAREST, Monday. While M. Angelesco, Minister of the Interior, was reading a memorial from four students, one of the students named Beza, drew a revolver and pumped four bullets into the Minister’s face, chest, shoulder and arm. M. Angelesco. despite loss of blood, grappled with his assailant and prevented further shots being fired. The students were arrested. The victim is expected to recover. The students, who are of Dobrudja. resent a new law dealing with small holdings, for which M. Angelesco is held to be responsible.
