THIEVES RIP BAGS OPEN ON EAST LONDON EXPRESS CAPETOWN, Saturday. Au audacious robbery of a mail van occurred on a train between Port Elizabeth and East London, when 27 bags were ripped open. The extent of the haul is not known.
