Rccd. 12.20 p.m. LONDON, Thursday. The National Union o£ Manufacturers’ Administrative Committee unanimously passed a resolution welcoming the bankers’ manifesto of Ju 4 and 6, and pi-omising the union’s support in imposing a duty against foreign imports, and giving preference to Empire trade.
